Basset Main Speciality 29.5.2014

Time for the Annual Finnish Bassetclub Main Speciality. This year it was held at Tampere, so it was kind of a hometown show. Weather was not so hot as last weekend, only about +8 celsius and wetwetwet.... raindrops throughout the day, thankfully not a full blast heavy rain :)

It was a nice day, great to see friends! Congratulations to all the winners and everyone who ere satisfied of their day! We were for sure!

Judge for fauves was Siret Lepasaar from Estonia, a fauve breeder herself. So I was very pleased with many nice comments on our dogs from her.

Molétai triple INT weekend 23.-25.5.2014

Crazy dog people do crazy trips.......
This time Riikka and I packed our car full and headed all the way to Lithuania. Some 2000+ km during this trip.... but all definitely worth it!

I know we should not complain about the weather, at least when it's nice summer one but I'll tell you when the thermometer starts showing figures like +36 Celsius and there is literally no wind, it is ok to complain a bit :D
Yes, we had HOT summer weather all three days, so in addition to show results we got a nice tan and maybe a little bit red cheeks and shoulders.......

I want to thank all of our judges during the weekend, all of our friends and everyone who shared and celebrated this super, super SUPER weekend with us! It is such a thrill to achieve great results with ones own breeding work! THANK YOU!

And thank you Riikka for a hilarious and memorable trip! And of course a BIG BIG thanks for your help during the whole weekend!!
